REGISTRATION FEES

  • Academic 350 €
  • Student (including PhD students and post-docs) 280 €

Student status, including PhD students and postdoctoral researchers, must be properly certified by the scientific supervisor. An appropriate declaration must be uploaded in PDF format during the registration procedure.

The registration fees include participation in the scientific sessions, congress materials, the welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, light lunch, social dinner, and social activities.
The social dinner will take place on Thursday, June 10.

PAYMENT

CANCELLATION POLICY

Participants who cancel their registration before February 28th will receive a refund, minus €100.00 for administrative costs. No refunds will be issued after this date.
